We farm the bay at Eel Town Oysters. Our oysters are grown on an aquaculture farm in the pristine waters where Noyack Bay meets the Shelter Island Sound. The swift currents offer a polished oyster with a balanced salinity.
Oysters are available at our self-serve stand, delivered to your door, catered at your event, or sold wholesale to restaurants and fish shops.
