Peter McCracken has worked in real estate for the past 27 years. A graduate of The University of Florida in business administration and accounting, he began his career in real estate soon after graduation and has loved it ever since.
Peter says he places importance on finding the right homes for his customers, especially when inventory is very low.
In 2010 he was credited with the highest sale to date on Shelter Island. Coming from a family of designers and builders, it is no coincidence that Peter is in the real estate business.
Peter has purchased several homes and condominiums which he designed and decorated himself. Residing on Shelter Island and wintering in Palm Beach, Peter has a broad reach with other Corcoran agents both in the Hamptons and Palm Beach.
